BBEO Supports The UNCF

BBEO continued its support of higher education recently with a $3,000 donation to The UNCF, formerly known as The United Negro College Fund. The BBEO’s grant was to provide financial aid to students from Broward County attending Florida’s historically black colleges and universities.

Over the course of the last five years, the BBEO has donated approximately $15,000 to the UNCF and another $15,000 directly to three Florida universities: Bethune Cookman University, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and Florida Memorial University. By providing scholarships directly to Broward County students and grants to UNCF and Florida colleges, the BBEO continues its core mission of supporting education.
