The purpose of the Broward Black Elected
Officials is to support and maintain an
organization from which to launch and sustain a
collective strength to improve the greater
community of Broward County, Florida. The
organization is exclusively charitable,
cultural, literary and educational, within the
meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1954, as amended.
